Slow fermentation, simple ingredients, no shortcuts.

Our menu rotates weekly depending on season and mood — but our classic loaves are always around.

Everything is baked fresh and in limited quantities.
Once it’s gone, it’s gone.

Order & Pick-Up Days:
• Monday: Tai Seng MRT (4 - 7pm), Pasir Ris
• Thursday: Pasir Ris & Bras Basah
• Saturday: Bras Basah (4 - 8pm) & Pasir Ris
• Sunday: Pasir Ris

❌ Please do not place orders for any other days — we only bake for Monday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday.
